The GridUnesp team of specialists remained in remote-work mode throughout the pandemic, carrying out on-site interventions only in absolutely necessary situations.

  • Videoconference meetings: Intensified communication within the team

  • User support: Maintained entirely via email

  • Continuous monitoring: Alert systems for early detection of problems
