Operation During the Pandemic ============================= **Period:** March 2020 to March 2022 The GridUnesp team of specialists remained in remote-work mode throughout the pandemic, carrying out on-site interventions only in absolutely necessary situations. Adaptations Made ---------------- - **Remote maintenance:** Almost all interventions performed remotely - **Videoconference meetings:** Intensified communication within the team - **User support:** Maintained entirely via email - **Continuous monitoring:** Alert systems for early detection of problems .. note:: The experience gained during the remote-work period made it possible to refine remote operation procedures that are still in use.
