Why use the support list?
-------------------------

By sending your message to the list above, you ensure that:

- All NCC specialists receive your request
- Staff from different areas (networking, development, infrastructure, security) can collaborate
- Your request is handled even when a specific member is absent
- The history is recorded for future reference

   **Avoid sending messages directly to individual administrators.** Always use the support list.

Information to include in your e-mail
-------------------------------------

To speed up support, include:

1. **A clear description of the problem or request**
2. **Your username** on GridUnesp
3. **Job number** (if applicable)
4. **Location of the scripts and files** (full path)
5. Relevant **log files**
6. **Commands executed** and error messages

   The more information you provide, the faster the response will be.

Operating Hours
===============

The cluster operates **24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year**.

The technical team provides support during business hours (weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Requests sent outside these hours will be answered on the next business day.

   In case of system unavailability, the team is alerted automatically and acts as quickly as possible to restore services.
